The Plan B report is a personalized digital product, generated on demand and delivered to you immediately. For that reason, all sales are final. Here's exactly what that means — and the one situation where we'll always make it right.
All sales are final
When you buy a Plan B report, our system generates a one-of-a-kind document from your intake and delivers it right away. Because the product is custom-made and provided instantly, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the report has been generated. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you're buying immediate access to a digital product and waive any cooling-off period to the extent the law allows.
Why no refunds
- Your report is generated specifically for you the moment you pay — it can't be 'returned' or resold.
- It's delivered electronically and immediately, so you receive the full value of your purchase right away.
- The price is intentionally low and one-time, with no subscription and no recurring charges.
The exception: we didn't deliver
We stand behind the product. If you were charged but your report genuinely failed to generate or was never delivered due to a technical problem on our side, we will regenerate and deliver it at no extra cost, or refund you in full. Just contact us with your PayPal order ID within 14 days of purchase and we'll resolve it quickly.

Email [email protected] or use our contact form, and include your PayPal order ID and the email you used at checkout. We reply to delivery issues quickly. Please contact us first rather than filing a payment dispute — we can almost always fix a delivery problem faster than a chargeback.
Payments & this policy
Payments are processed by PayPal, our only payment method. This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service; if we change it, the date above will reflect that. It does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
